Breastfeeding Café

Mondays from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join La Leche League in The Nest for a meet-up where mothers can ask one another questions, offer and receive support, and make connections. Bring your babies and toddlers along with you! This program is FREE and does not require registration.

Play Patch Playgroups

Thursdays | Sessions beginning at 1:15 PM

Play Patch Playgroups offer supportive, guided time for babies and their caregivers to learn and grow together. Led by Dr. Jennifer, these sessions focus on proper handling and positioning to support feeding, head control, strength, and connection, while helping parents nurture emerging gross motor and social skills.
