This isn’t just a trip: it’s a curated NCCM experience, designed to bring learning, fun and connection to life outside the museum walls. From wild horses and historic forts to aquariums and maritime adventures, your family will explore and make lasting memories together.

Day 1

  • Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium in the morning
  • Fort Macon State Park in the afternoon
  • Check into the Beaufort Hotel

Day 2

  • Ferry to Shackleford Banks & Cape Lookout
  • See the famous wild horses
  • Explore the lighthouse and abandoned village

Day 3

  • Core Sound Museum
  • North Carolina Maritime Museum (with special program)
